Within 24 hours of our visit, if there is any dissatisfaction (regardless of what type of service), we will return to the site and correct the situation free of charge, with no hidden fees. Certain conditions apply.
Example of a fictitious situation
Julie owns a daycare. We have signed a contract with her to provide window cleaning and general cleaning services twice a week. Our team came on Monday evening, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., to carry out the clean-up. Tuesday morning, Julie calls us to tell us that a window has not been cleaned. We assure her that a member of our team will be on site during the day, at the time that suits Julie best, to come and clean the window properly, at no additional cost.
